Project Steps
- After preparing the glass, place the Happy New Year stencil on and angle in the middle of the circle. Position a star squiggle above and below the words with stars on either end.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the design onto the circle.
- Add self-adhesive crystal and pearl embellishments where desired.
