Preparation and Usage Starting Skills

Project Steps

After preparing the glass, place the Happy New Year stencil on and angle in the middle of the circle. Position a star squiggle above and below the words with stars on either end.
Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the design onto the circle.
Add self-adhesive crystal and pearl embellishments where desired.
