Project Steps

1. This design used the hover and press method to place stencil images in spots where the necessary view is obscured by stencil borders. The technique is done by placing stencils sticky side up, holding the glass over the stencil and maneuvering it in air before pressing it down onto the stencil.
2. After preparing the glass, position the party and candle stencils on the hexagon as shown. Cut the happy birthday stencil between the words so they can be stacked in the middle of the hexagon. Using hover and press, position the cake, present and streamers in the empty spaces.
3. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the Happy Birthday design onto the hexagon.
